“This is the only smoke shop I go back to in the Hampton Roads area. There hasn't been a time that I've walked into the shop and haven't found what I needed; not to say they have everything, but they have 95% of it. If they don't have what you're looking for, ask and they could put it in the store. That's how a lot of their stuff actually ends up on the shelf. The staff are all excellent and want to help you. They're knowledgeable, and they'll let you know what the actual quality products are."

“First thing I like about Happy Smoke is they are open late 2am & open early 7am. Basically opened all the time. Second right off the highway so it’s always a quick stop. Everything is just super convenient. It was super clean and had tonssss of options. I went at 10:30 pm lots of business yet I was helped immediately. Great place with the right vibes! Love it."
